How we work
Hiring an agency in another country can feel like a risk. Here is exactly what happens from the first call to launch, so you know what to expect at every step.
The process
Intro call.
A free 30-minute video call to understand your business, goals, budget and timeline.
Proposal.
Within three working days, you get a written proposal with the scope, timeline, price and what's included. Nothing starts until you approve it.
Discovery.
We gather what we need: your customers, competitors, content and any brand assets you already have.
Design.
We design what you need, whether that's a brand, a website or both, and share it for feedback. You see the work at each stage, not just at the end.
Build.
We build your website on a private test site you can review before anything goes live.
Launch and handover.
We launch the site, check everything works and show you how to manage it.
Support.
Two months of free support after launch. After that, you can continue with an optional annual maintenance contract (AMC).

- Written updates every week, so you always know where things stand.
- Calls at times that suit you. We're in Chennai (IST, UTC+5:30) and schedule calls in hours that overlap with yours.
- Tools: email, WhatsApp, Google Meet or Zoom, and a shared folder for files
- Replies: we answer messages within 24 hours.

Questions clients often ask
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We work with clients worldwide, mostly by email, messaging and video call.
How do you handle time zones?
We agree on regular call times that overlap with your working day, and keep you updated in writing in between.
Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes. We build on WordPress, and most sites use Elementor, so you can edit text, images, pages and products without a developer. We show you how at handover.
Who owns the finished work?
You do. Once the project is complete and paid for, the website, content and brand files are yours.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We're happy to sign your NDA before you share any details.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. A brand identity usually takes 2 to 4 weeks, and a business website 4 to 6 weeks. Your proposal gives you a timeline before you commit.
