What we collect
- When you contact us: your name, email address, company, website and anything you tell us in your message.
- When you visit the site: we don’t use analytics or advertising tools. Like most websites, our web host may keep standard server logs (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run your project.
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run this website and our email: our web hosting provider, which stores the website and the enquiries sent through it, and Google, which provides our email (Gmail). Some of these may store data outside India or outside your country.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years, and client records for as long as the law requires.
Cookies
This website doesn’t set cookies for visitors. If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers that choice on your own device; it isn’t sent to us. WordPress sets cookies only for people who log in to manage the site.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email mubarakgraphics@gmail.com and we’ll reply within one month. If you’re in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
